Sources: Just to give you a broad overview, basically the mobile web kind of looks like this. So if you're browsing Facebook on a mobile device, it seems like, on average, you're less likely to click on to a mobile web link and then load up a web page versus maybe if you're browsing Facebook on the desktop web, which also makes sense. Mobile speeds are slow or especially outside of countries where 4G and LTE are common. It's my general opinion, based on what I've seen about the mobile web, that every business needs to optimize for the mobile web, and you have to optimize in a few ways.
This has opened up a whole new world of consumer engagement and marketing opportunities for hotels.
